Returns Policy
We get it,sometimes gear just doesn’t work out. That’s why we offer FREE 30-Day Returns. If your item isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s in its original condition.
What You Can Return

Performance apparel (t-shirts, shorts, tops) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Socks only if sealed in original packaging.

Accessories (like towels) must be unused and in original condition.
Please note:

Underwear & bottles can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.

Personalised items are final sale and non-returnable.

Any returned item that’s worn, washed, or damaged will not be refunded.
Refunds

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 7 working days.

Depending on your bank, it may take up to an additional 5 days for the funds to appear.

If you used a gift card, the refund will go back onto the gift card first.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or colour, please return your original item and place a new order.

- Customers cover return postage — we recommend Royal Mail for the safest and most reliable service.

Faulty or Incorrect Item?
If you’ve received the wrong gear or something arrived faulty, hit us up at support@oncourtantics.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it.
