Returns Policy

We get it,sometimes gear just doesn’t work out. That’s why we offer FREE 30-Day Returns. If your item isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s in its original condition.

What You Can Return

  • Performance apparel (t-shirts, shorts, tops) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Socks  only if sealed in original packaging.

  • Accessories (like towels) must be unused and in original condition.

Please note:

  • Underwear & bottles can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Personalised items are final sale and non-returnable.

  • Any returned item that’s worn, washed, or damaged will not be refunded.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

  • Once we receive your return at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 7 working days.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take up to an additional 5 days for the funds to appear.

  • If you used a gift card, the refund will go back onto the gift card first.

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or colour, please return your original item and place a new order.

How To Return

  1. Email support@oncourtantics.com to start your return.

  2. Customers cover return postage — we recommend Royal Mail for the safest and most reliable service.

  3. Always keep your proof of postage — we’ll need this if anything goes wrong.

Faulty or Incorrect Item?

If you’ve received the wrong gear or something arrived faulty, hit us up at support@oncourtantics.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it.
